About us

At Jamie Moran Homes (JMH), we have built a reputation for developing some of Dublin’s finest residential properties. 

Originally hailing from a construction background, Jamie designed and built his first home at the age of 23. Since then, he has spent the last 15 years growing JMH into a household name in the ultra-competitive luxury residential market, with well-known developments in Dublin and more recently overseas. 

A major difference between JMH and other luxury developers is that we continue to build each property using our own in-house project managers and construction team. To Jamie and his team, everything is important and in keeping the construction process in-house, we can ensure that our buildings will meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.  

JMH mainly focuses on boutique residential schemes for the open-market with many of its properties selling off-plan. We usually have a couple of projects in the pipeline so feel free to get in touch to discuss. Although our main focus is development, we occasionally work with Ireland’s leading architects and their clients on private projects, so if are considering your own unique design, we’d be happy to discuss.
